Do you like yourself?
Sometimes we have the feeling that we don't like ourselves.
We may feel that way because of something that we have done in the past.
Are there some days that you don't like yourself?
Are there some days where you actually hate yourself?
How do you deal with the memories from a mistake you have made in the past?
I know these are difficult questions but I'd like to hear your ideas (either in Japanese or in English is fine)
